Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born 4 August 1981, is an American actor. She is most famous for her performances in the films The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You and also for her role in the TV show Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. The actress is currently playing Amantha in Rectify which is a Sundance Channel drama. Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actress who works in TV as well as movies. Her fame was boosted by roles she played in drama show Rectify. A native of Gulf Breeze Florida she made her acting debut with a part in the soap opera All My Children. It was for her outstanding performance that she was awarded the Soap Opera Digest Award. Following that she mostly played guest roles on several television series. The role she played as Dr. Erin Jameson on the TV series Hawthorne earned her praise. Her beautiful appearance and extraordinary acting talents led to her gaining the trust of her fans. At the age twenty she made her acting debut in the film Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War was another film where she starred. For her part in Beautiful Now, she was nominated for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. The main character in Timeless is Lucy Preston, history professor. Spencer has received positive reviews from critics about her performance in the sci-fi program Timeless. She was also nominated for an award called the Teen Choice Award.
