Anita Barone

Barone played in the fourth season Seinfeld Episode The Shoes as Gail Cunningham Chef who was seeking Elaine Benes shoes. Barone was cast on Carol & Company, starring with Carol Burnett in the early 90s. Barone appeared as Carol Willick Geller's ex-wife at the time of her first Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett was her replacement as Barone left Friends in order to pursue a role that needed additional time. She was a star on The Jeff Foxworthy Show during The first season (1995-1996) and The War at Home in 2005 through 2007. Barone also appeared in Daddio an American sitcom that premiered in 2000. Barone has also appeared in Desperate housewives as well as Curb Your Enthusiasm, Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not disturb Ally McBeal Caroline In The City Party of Five, The Larry Sanders Show and Desperately Housewives. In 2004 Barone won her 2005 Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her performance in the one of the feature films One Last Ride. In 2010 three years after The War at Home ended its run Barone took on a role of recurring on the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up in the role of Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones who was the husband of Barone's character during two shows.
